Web site down

I'm not sure what's going on but my website has been up and down for the last week. I am having problems contacting customer service because I keep emailing them and leaving them phone messages and the only thing I get back is an email letting me know that my site is up now. If this doesn't get resolved in the near future, I'm going to be shopping for a new web provider.
